ANNOUNCEMENT regarding (patent) trademark !

 According to Article 5, paragraph "F" of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan registration of trademarks that may mislead the consumer due to the characteristics, quality or geographical origin of goods or services is not allowed, at the same time approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 10, 2018 No. 287 An additional document on “Food Supplements trademark (patent)  and series” will be officially required from 01.05.2022 , as specified in sub-clause 3.3.1 of the “Rules for Examination of Food Additives”.
All applicants must comply with this requirement, otherwise the AEC will refuse to accept the documents for examination.
